• not enough color pictures of those cooking. ( don't know , how will those cooking looks like )
• Excellent for wonderful Chinese recipes.
• Book in good condition
• I bought this book in around 1990. The dishes are easily adjusted using ingredients one may have close by. I was able to make soft shell crabs with black bean sauce and the delicious sticky rice stuffing. I had lost the original book after my sister in law came to visit, coincidence? I think not. This is truly a wonderful cookbook.
